FAST SHIPPING

• Orders received by 4:00 P.M. CST are generally shipped same day.
• Unless you request otherwise all orders are shipped via UPS ground (brown) service. Other UPS shipping services available include 3 day select (orange), 2 day air (blue), next day air (red) and Saturday delivery.
• If requested we can also ship via Federal Express and Airborne Express.
• Large shipments (200+ lb.) which can be palletized can be shipped via common carrier.
• All shipments are generally F.O.B. shipping point pre-pay and add to invoice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards charged at time of shipment.
• C.O.D. shipments are via UPS, company check accepted.
• For pre-payment orders, company check accepted.
• Credit terms are available to volume and/or frequent repeat customers subject to credit approval.

BACKORDERS

• We will notify you at time of order if an item is not in stock and give an expected delivery date. We will also call to confirm that you still need the product at the time of availability prior to shipping any back orders.

RETURNS

• All returns must have an RMA number on box. Should you need to return a product simply call 1-800-542-9761 for immediate assistance.

CROSS REFERENCE AND PRICE QUOTES

• When calling in, have make and model of computer information ready.
• If possible, have all pertinent information from original battery such as part numbers, voltage, capacity rating and battery chemistry.
• If you have supplied us with the above and we still cannot identify the battery you need, fax us a photocopy of the battery. (Fax: 920-922-6750)

REBUILD SERVICE

• Our mission is to supply new batteries. Sometimes, due to availability of tooled plastic parts, a new battery just isn't available. In those rare cases we can open your old battery and replace the dead battery cells with new ones. All rebuilds are fully guaranteed.
